We called BG Electric after we lost power to our patio. Mason came out to help us quickly and efficiently. He communicated thoroughly about his adjusted arrival time. He was friendly and, most importantly, got the job done quick! I would call and use them again in the future.

BG ELECTRIC is by far the best electricians in Philly. My tenant called me in a panic that the breaker had tripped and the breaker was getting very hot. I called BG Electric and within 15 minutes Gino arrived. He replaced the breakerand tested all other breakers Its very hard to find a good honest company that wont rip you off especially a 8PM emergency visit. Than you again BG ELECTRIC

Extremely satisfied with the two visits to fix the immediate issue and to return to repair other issues identified in the first visit. Mason has strong skills identifying issues, explains options with costs, arrives on time, works efficiently, cleans up after work is complete and is professionally friendly. Another worker came on the 2nd visit to help with the repair and I was also pleased with his work. Reason for emergency call was sparking and outages in some rooms in the home. In the emergency visit the old meter box and service drop line that connects to utility pole were identified as items that needed updating. This was completed in the 2nd visit. I highly recommend BG Electric based on these experiences with them in the two repair visits.

Highly recommend – Ben was excellent! I had an emergency yesterday (Saturday) when my power was suddenly shut off and I needed it turned back on right away. I called BG Electric Service LLC and Ben came out, handled everything quickly and professionally. He was kind, patient, and really helpful during a very stressful situation. If you need reliable electric service, especially in an emergency, call these guys. Ben went above and beyond. Thank you!✨🫶🏾❤️
